Each custom photo magnet is made exclusively for you using your personal photos and design preferences. Please review the policy before placing your order.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return window, which means you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Because all products are custom-made and personalized, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, low-resolution uploads, color/brightness differences across screens, or other personal preferences.

Submit the form with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
If your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label.
Return address information is provided only after approval.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a request via the Contact Us form right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Given the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Correctly produced and delivered custom photo magnets

Customer-uploaded images that are low-resolution, blurred, or cropped improperly

Incorrect image files or shipping details provided by the customer

Orders after production has begun
⚠️ Custom Photo Magnets:
All custom photo magnet purchases are final sale once production starts, except where there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom items.
If your item is defective or incorrect, submit a Contact Us form and we’ll arrange a replacement when applicable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason before production starts.
After a custom photo magnet enters production, this right no longer applies.
Refunds
Once a return (if authorized) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
